The California Democratic Party is excited to announce that we’ve launched the 2025 ADEM Election! Community activists can become Assembly District Delegates, join CADEM’s coalition efforts, and support Democrats at all levels.
This site is for all activists and volunteers ready to represent their community and advocate for democratic needs in their region.

SPECIAL NOTE: The safety of our communities is our top priority, and our hearts go out to all those affected by the devastating wildfires raging across our state. Understanding these circumstances, the California Democratic Party will be extended from January 24th to January 31st for the entire state.
- Anyone who registers to vote online by January 24th at Noon will have their online ballot credentials sent out following the original schedule.
- Anyone who registers to vote online between January 24th at Noon and January 31st at Noon will have their online ballot credentials sent out after the close of registration.
- All votes must be submitted electronically or in-person by February 23rd at 6 PM.
